			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been spinning every day and I love it for the calorie burn and the good workout.   However, my but my heel is bothering a bit.  I&#8217;m wondering if using the elliptical would be less likely to cause foot pain.  The pain has been on the bottom of the heel, not up the Achilles.</p>

<br />The elliptical doesn&#8217;t make your feet hurt, I do it like every night.</p>
